Waleswood Caravan & Camping Park Site Rules

This is a family-friendly site, catering for; touring caravans, motor caravans and tents. Our guests’ enjoyment and safety are paramount. We therefore ask you to read the following information so that all customers can enjoy their stay.

  1. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the Caravan and Camping Park. Any mess must be cleared up by the owner and placed in the appropriate bins.
  2. Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, especially after 11.00 p.m. and before 9.00 a.m.
  3. All barbecues must be raised off the ground and coals/ashes left to cool before disposal in the service area. (Fire pits are not permitted, if in doubt please ask one of the wardens for advice).
  4. Children – Parents/Guardians are responsible for the safety and behaviour of the children at all times whilst on site. Persons under 18 years of age must be staying on site with a parent or guardian that is over 21 years of age who are responsible for them at all times.
  5. Speed limit of 5 mph must be adhered to on the site.
  6. All waste must be placed in the correct recycling / general waste service areas. Your pitch must be kept clean and tidy and when you vacate the pitch area it must be kept clean and free from any damage. If you find when you arrive at your pitch it is not in the state it should be, please inform reception straight away.
  7. Your visitors must be pre-booked with reception by the person who has made the pitch booking in advance and pay the appropriate fee and provide their vehicle registration numbers. Visitors must leave site before 9 pm daily.
  8. Generators are not allowed to be used on site.
  9. Group bookings of more than 3 pitches together must pay the bond of £25 / pitch which will be refunded to the card that has been used to pay the bond on departure. This is subject to no causes for concern during your stay.
  10. The longest stay at the site is 14 nights and no return within 7 days
  11. We do not allow commercial activity from this caravan and camping park.
  12. There is no use of drones or monkey bikes are permitted on the site. 

Anyone found to be breaking any of the above rules may be asked to vacate the site without further warning.
